The Region
Ballina & Byron Bay are in a part of the world known as the Northern Rivers of NSW. It is serviced by the Ballina Byron Gateway Airport and Coolangatta Airport also a short distance away. As part of this beautiful area lie the famous surf breaks of Lennox Head and the historic village of Alstonville.
It is famous for its beautiful surfing beaches, whale watching and swimming with the Dolphins (for free). This region gives people a chance to take one step back from famous and busy holiday spots to one where you can let time catch up at your pace.
It has everything a single person or couple and especially kids would love to do, without feeling like you “have to do it”.
The region is as popular for its Restaurants and Bars, as it is for its peaceful beach walks and tranquil rainforest surrounds.
